What the NHS offers

You can refer yourself to NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression without seeing a GP, if you are registered with a GP and aged 18 or over (16 in some areas). The therapies it lists are guided self-help, CBT, counselling, interpersonal therapy, dynamic interpersonal therapy, couples therapy, EMDR and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. What you get depends on what you need and what is available locally (NHS, talking therapies).

Jungian analysis is not among the therapies that page lists. If you pay privately, the NHS suggests choosing a therapist registered with an organisation accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
